Service Agreement, Payment/Refund & Ownership Policies

GAJ Pro Writing, LLC Service Agreement: 

• All services are digital only. No physical products will be delivered.
  
  

• Standard turnaround for resume orders is 1–3 weeks.
  
  

• Technical, design, or writing projects may require 7–45 days or more, depending on complexity.
  
  

• While estimated delivery timelines are honored as closely as possible, actual delivery may vary slightly based on workload or client responsiveness. Clients will be notified of any significant delays.
  
  

• Orders must be submitted using the designated service tabs on the website.
  
  

• After submission, clients receive an auto-generated email and invoice, which includes a secure payment link.
  
  

• Services do not begin until payment is confirmed.
  
  

• All pricing is pre-negotiated and finalized before payment is received. No hidden fees.
  
  

• Submitting payment confirms that the client agrees to all stated terms, service details, and estimated delivery windows.
  
  

• Clients are responsible for submitting accurate and complete information.
  
  

• GAJ Pro Writing Services reserves the right to decline projects that exceed current capacity or do not align with service offerings.

GAJ Pro Writing, LLC Payment & Refund Policy: 

• Full payment is required upfront before any work begins.
  
  

• Invoices are auto-generated and sent via email after order submission, along with a secure payment link.
  
  

• GAJ Pro Writing Services does not offer installment plans or partial payment options at this time.
  
  

• Refunds are only issued under special circumstances, at the sole discretion of GAJ Pro Writing Services.
  
  

• Refunds may be considered if the service cannot be delivered as promised, or if the request is made before any work has begun.
  
  

• Once work has started, all payments are non-refundable, even if the client decides to cancel the project.
  
  

• GAJ Pro Writing Services is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or missing information from the client.
  
  

• All invoices include clear descriptions of the services ordered, pricing, and turnaround expectations.
  
  

• Clients are encouraged to request a detailed proposal prior to submitting payment if they need clarification.
  
  

• In the event of an approved refund, GAJ Pro Writing Services is not liable for the time it takes for the funds to appear in the client's bank account. All refunds are processed through a third-party platform (Square).

Client Ownership Policy

• All client information, materials, and project details are kept strictly confidential and are never shared with third parties unless specifically requested by the client.
  
  

• Clients retain full ownership of all completed work, designs, resumes, or documents provided by GAJ Pro Writing Services once final payment is received.
  
  

• Projects will not be used for promotional purposes (website, social media, or portfolio) without the client’s direct written permission.
  
  

• GAJ Pro Writing Services respects the privacy and intellectual property of every client and will never resell, duplicate, or distribute any custom content.
  
  

• Editable files (Word or Canva links) are only provided if included in the service or requested as an add-on.
  
  

• Clients are responsible for securely storing delivered files after final delivery.
  
  

• All digital content is created from scratch or licensed platforms (e.g., MS Office Suite, Canva, Adobe Express, Visme, etc.), and any assets used will comply with fair use or commercial license guidelines.
